Wyeth S-26: Exceptionally Yours


Wyeth S-26, a leading brand in child nutrition, wanted to enhance its customer loyalty program by creating an engaging and visually appealing loyalty program catalog. The catalog needed to showcase the rewards available to loyal customers, highlight the brand’s commitment to child development, and incorporate Wyeth S-26’s beloved 3D character to create a cohesive and memorable experience. The goal was to design a catalog that would not only inform but also excite and motivate customers to participate in the loyalty program.
Our task was to create an overall concept for the loyalty program catalog, design a captivating cover with compelling copy, develop a reward page layout, and seamlessly integrate Wyeth S-26’s 3D character into the design. The catalog needed to reflect the brand’s values, appeal to parents, and encourage participation in the loyalty program.

Overall Catalog Concept Design:
Developed a warm, family-friendly concept centered around child development and nutrition, aligning with Wyeth S-26’s brand identity.
Chose a vibrant yet soothing color palette to evoke trust and positivity, using Wyeth S-26’s brand colors as the foundation.
Incorporated playful yet professional typography to appeal to parents while maintaining a childlike sense of wonder.
Cover Design with Copy:
Created a visually striking cover featuring Wyeth S-26’s 3D character in an engaging pose, such as holding a gift box or surrounded by rewards.
Added the headline: "Unlock a World of Love and Rewards with Wyeth S-26!" to emphasize the emotional and practical benefits of the loyalty program.
Included a subheadline: "Join our loyalty program today and celebrate every step of your child’s growth with exclusive rewards!" to encourage immediate action.
Reward Page Design:
Designed a clean and organized reward page layout, showcasing available rewards with high-quality images and clear descriptions.
Grouped rewards into categories (e.g., "For Your Child," "For Your Family," "For Your Home") to make it easy for customers to find what they wanted.
Added a progress tracker or points system visualization to motivate customers to collect more points and redeem rewards.
Incorporating the 3D Character:
Integrated the 3D character throughout the catalog in playful and interactive ways, such as pointing to rewards, holding a "Best Value" sign, or celebrating milestones.
Used the character to guide users through the catalog, creating a sense of storytelling and engagement.
Feedback and Iteration:
Presented the initial designs to the Wyeth S-26 team for feedback and made adjustments to ensure the catalog aligned with their vision and goals.
Conducted user testing with a small group of parents to ensure the design was intuitive and appealing.
The loyalty program catalog was successfully launched, receiving positive feedback from both Wyeth S-26 and its customers. The vibrant design, engaging 3D character, and clear reward presentation motivated customers to actively participate in the loyalty program.
