KPR BCA, a leading financial institution in Indonesia, wanted to enhance its online presence and provide a seamless digital experience for its customers during its Online Expo. The goal was to create an engaging platform where users could explore properties, interact with 360-degree views, book property agents, and access detailed information about available properties. Additionally, the platform needed to be mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and equipped with a CMS for easy content updates by the administration team.

As the lead developer on the project, my task was to design and develop a comprehensive information landing page with interactive features. This included integrating 360-degree views of the expo, enabling users to book property agents, ensuring the platform was mobile-friendly, optimizing it for SEO, and building a user-friendly CMS for content management.

Development Features

  1. Information Landing Page:

    • Designed a visually appealing and user-friendly landing page that showcased key information about the expo, including property listings, agent details, and promotional offers.

    • Structured the content to ensure easy navigation and quick access to essential features.

  2. Interactive 360 Views:

    • Integrated an interactive 360-degree view feature using WebGL and Three.js, allowing users to virtually explore the expo and properties as if they were physically present.

    • Optimized the feature for fast loading times and smooth performance across devices.

  3. Agent Booking System:

    • Developed a booking system where users could schedule appointments with property agents directly through the platform.

    • Implemented real-time availability checks and confirmation notifications to streamline the process.

  4. Mobile-Friendly Design:

    • Ensured the platform was fully responsive, providing an optimal user experience on both desktop and mobile devices.

    • Conducted extensive testing on various devices and screen sizes to guarantee compatibility.

  5. SEO Optimization:

    • Conducted keyword research and implemented on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, alt text for images, and structured data markup.

    • Improved page load speed and ensured clean, crawlable code to enhance search engine rankings.

  6. CMS Development:

    • Built a custom CMS using Laravel, allowing the KPR BCA team to easily update content, manage property listings, and track user interactions.

    • Provided training and documentation to ensure the team could effectively use the CMS.
